2026 Board Member Nominations

Board members of the Adult Foster Care Providers of Genesee County play a vital role in supporting and strengthening our group.

Our organization is dedicated to enriching the lives of elderly and handicapped residents living in licensed homes. The board works collaboratively to guide initiatives, provide leadership, and uphold our mission. Nominees should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in care, community involvement, and a willingness to contribute their time, insight, and leadership to advance the organization’s impact.

Nominations will be accepted until March 31, 2026.

Board Member Nominations

Manage the board of the association. Conduct monthly meetings, schedule spotlight sponsors and speakers.
Assist the president with monthly meetings, schedule speakers, and share special events in the community.
Manage the finances for the association. Collect and deposit yearly dues and monthly meeting dues. Report monthly to the board and members.
Assist board with monthly meetings. Fill in where needed. Record minutes at each meeting and distribute copy to members at monthly meetings.
